	Here workers are completing the last stages of “rough plumbing” on what will soon be Cottage #1. The final inspection on this pad ( foundation) took place on Friday, July 15, 2005. The pouring of the foundation is scheduled for Monday, July 18, 2005. After the foundation “sets up” for 14 days, workers will begin construction of the exterior walls, interior walls and roof. Completion of this cottage is tentatively set for September 1, 2005.

At this time, at least 85% of all underground utilities are complete. A few mandated changes are scheduled to be done to complete this phase.

	As soon as all underground utilities are completed, inspected and approved, street paving will begin. The paving process also includes parking places and sidewalks.

Engineer, Donald Bay of Houston, Texas talks with his workers prior to final inspection. When the city inspectors give the “Green Tag”, the pouring of our first foundation will begin.

	This scene is a panoramic view of the sites (pads of at least 3 of the cottages to be built at a future time. The utilities (sticking up out of the ground) are already in place for these future units.
